致力于“让用电更满意、更灵活、更低碳”,具体研究包括新终端(节能与互动智能体)、新平台(智慧园区与主动虚拟电厂)、新机制(准线需求响应与新型电力市场)与新调度(供需双侧调度)等。原创提出了电力互替品市场、准线型需求响应、事故备用分散转移等理论与方法,为新型电力系统建设发展提供新的解决思路。
