    二、学科简介 Introduction


    工程管理硕士专业学位是我国2010年新设置的专业学位,其目的是适应我国现代工程事业发展对工程管理人才的迫切需求,完善工程管理人才培养体系,创新工程管理人才培养模式,提高我国工程管理的人才质量。 工程管理硕士研究生的培养注重向学生提供对核心管理领域知识的理解,如市场、会计、组织行为、商业道德、法律及金融等;注重向学生提供对内在的和共同的管理知识的理解,如系统工程、全面质量管理、生产管理、产品设计和过程设计管理等;注重向学生提供不同管理层面管理工程功能所需的知识和技巧;注重向学生提供在实际工程项目或问题中将技术和管理进行集成的经验。工程管理硕士的未来职业发展方向:重大工程建设项目实施中的管理者;重要复杂的新产品、设备、装备在开发、制造、生产过程中的管理者;技术创新、技术改造、转型、转轨、与国际接轨的管理者;产业、工程和科技的重大布局与发展战略的研究与管理者。


    Master's degree in engineering management is a newly established professional degree in 2010.The degree was established with the aim of meeting the urgent need of engineering management talents to adapt to the development of modern engineering in China,consummating the training system of engineering management talents,as well as innovating in the training mode of engineering management talents and improving the quality of engineering management talents in China. The training of master graduate students in engineering management focuses on providing students with understanding of core management domain knowledge such as market, accounting, organizational behavior, business ethics, law and finance, etc; It also focuses on providing students with understanding of internal and common management knowledge such as systems engineering, total quality management, production management, product design and process design management, etc ; It focuses on providing students with the knowledge and skills needed to manage engineering functions at different management levels. It focuses on providing students with experience in integrating technology and management in practical engineering projects or problems. Future career development direction of master of Engineering Management: Managers in the implementation of major project construction projects;Managers of important and complex new products, equipment, and equipment in development, manufacturing,and production processes;Managers of technological innovation, technological transformation, transformation, transition and international integration.Researchers and managers of major layout and development strategies of industry, engineering and technology.


    三、培养目标 Program Objective


    培养具备良好的政治思想素质和职业道德素养。掌握系统的管理理论、现代管理方法,以及电子信息工程领域的专门知识,能独立担负工程管理工作,具有计划、组织协调和决策能力的高层次、应用型工程管理专门人才。以适应我国产业结构的调整与转型,实施新型工业化道路,实现我国建立创新型国家的战略宏图。

    四、培养方式及学习年限 Training Mode and Study Duration


    学习时间一般为2.5年,可根据具体情况适当延长,超过三年半需要办理延期手续,最长不超过5年。在校学习时间累计不少于1年或不少于500学时。


    The learning duration is usually 2.5 years, and can be extended according to the specific circumstances.Students should go through the extension formalities if it's over three and a half years and the longest duration should be less than 5 years.Total school time should not be less than 1 years or less than 500 class hours.

    六、培养过程要求 Training Requirement


    1、实行学分制,总学分要求≥30,GPA统计源课程学分≥19,GPA统计源课程平均级点不低于2.7,绩点计算规则采用4.0版本。

    2、采取双导师指导。学位论文(设计)由校内具有工程实践经验的导师与企业选派的具有高级职称的导师联合指导。


    1. The credit system is used.Students are required to have credits not less than 28 while credits in GPA source courses aren’t less than 19.Also,the average GPA point of the GPA source courses is not less than 2.7. Performance point calculation rules take version 4.0.

    2.Double tutor system is used.The dissertation (Design) is co-directed by a tutor with senior professional title appointed by an enterprise and an intramural tutor with practical engineering experience.

    八、学位论文 Thesis/dissertation work


    学位论文选题应密切结合工程管理实际,学位论文应体现学生运用工程管理及相关工程学科的理论、知识和方法分析、解决工程管理实际问题的能力,为工程管理实践提供决策依据。选题应该有新意,对实际问题有指导意义,体现先进的管理思想和工程管理领域的发展趋势。 学位论文以实践性论文为主,形式可以是工程管理项目设计、专题研究、工程管理模型与方法、管理诊断、调研报告或案例分析报告。 具体要求执行学校有关学位论文的规定。


    The selected topic of dissertation should be closely integrated with project management practice.The dissertation should reflect the ability of students to analyze and solve practical problems in engineering management by using theories, knowledge and methods of engineering management and related engineering disciplines, as well as providing decision-making basis for engineering management practice.Moreover,the selected topic should be innovative, guiding the practical problems, reflecting the development trend of advanced management ideas and engineering management. The dissertation should give priority to practical paper and the form can be engineering management project design, thematic research, engineering management model and method, management diagnosis, research report or case analysis report. Specific requirements are implemented according to the provisions of the academic dissertations in SJTU.
