2016年9月27日上午,美国密苏里科技大学副校长(Vice Provost),IEEE PES 副主席Mariesa L. Crow 教授应邀来我校,在国家能源智能电网中心214会议室为交大师生作了关于“微电网中能量存储特性”学术讲座。
报告中,Crow教授简要介绍了密苏里科技大学(Missouri S&T)概括,随后介绍了针对美国军方基地快速部署环境下的离网型微电网,包括光伏发电、风力发电、钒液流电池储能、超级电容等各种能量产生和存储装置,被证明是可以满足特定环境下对便携性和可扩展性的特定需求。研究进展包括该型微电网的精确建模、设备级及系统级控制、规划与运行优化等。报告后在场师生交流热烈,就相关问题与Crow教授进行了深入探讨。
Crow教授简介
Mariesa L. Crow is the Fred Finley Distinguished Professor of Electrical Engineering and VP for Research at Missouri S&T. She received her BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan and her Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois-Urbana/Champaign. Her area of professional interest is computational methods and power electronics applications to renewable energy systems and energy storage. From 2007-2012, she served as the Director of the Missouri S&T Energy Research & Development Center. She is currently the Vice Provost for Research. She has been PI or Co-PI on $22 million (US) in externally funded research sponsored by the National Science Foundation, DOE, DOD, DOT, DOEd, the State of Missouri and several utilities. She has authored over 200 technical articles and several textbooks and book chapters. She is the VP for Publications for the IEEE Power & Energy Society. She is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Missouri and a Fellow of the IEEE.
